All Orders from tt4u are delivered within 7 working days of placing the order. However delivery is not attempted on Sundays and Public Holidays since there are no courier services available on these days.

How can I cancel my Order?

Thisthat4u.com reserves all rights for Order Cancellation. In case you want to Cancel the Order you need to give us the reference of your Order Number. However, if you have requested for Order Cancellation, charges applicable will be: flat 5% of the Product Price.

We take utmost care to ensure that the items delivered to you are in a perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility of the item being damaged during transit. In such cases, we will replace the item to you at No Extra Cost provided the request for replacement/return of item is made within 7 days of receiving the same. Thisthat4u Team will arrange the replacement / return of the item through our enabling partners. Kindly Contact Us to intimate that the Product has reached you in a damaged/defective condition.
